RoofGuard is a preventative roof maintenance program designed to keep your roof in good condition year-round. It combines regular inspections, minor repairs, and upkeep to catch problems early and help extend the life of your roof by up to a decade.

Each visit includes a full inspection, preventative sealing, minor repairs where needed, and a detailed report so you know exactly where your roof stands.

Always included:

• Mastic flashings at key areas — we reseal vulnerable flashing points to help prevent leaks.
• 34-point roof inspection — a comprehensive check of your roof's structure, materials, and sealing.
• Detailed inspection report — a written report with photos outlining any findings.
• Debris removal — clearing leaves, branches, and buildup that can block drainage and cause wear.
• Minor repairs (as needed) — reattaching loose shingles, resetting slipped tiles, sealing coping joints, and repairing small tile damage.
• Credit toward future work — the cost of your maintenance visit can be applied toward future repairs or replacement.

• Essentials covers all the basics your home needs — the full RoofGuard maintenance service with inspection, debris removal, minor repairs, and reporting.
• Performance builds on Essentials with attic inspection, gutter cleaning, added protection for exposed sealants, and five scheduled maintenance visits over time.
• Elite includes everything in Performance, plus deeper inspections, priority scheduling, gutter seam resealing, termite inspection, and ten scheduled maintenance visits.

Once you sign up for a RoofGuard package, our team will reach out within one business day to schedule your service. In most cases, appointments are set within about a week.

On the scheduled day, our crew performs your maintenance service along with a full inspection, documenting the condition of your roof with photos as they go. After the visit, you'll receive a detailed report with images and any findings.

You don't need to be home during the visit, and we won't send a sales rep — just a trained roofing professional there to complete the work.

No — as long as we have access to the roof (for example, gates are unlocked), our team can complete the visit. The only exception is if your package includes an attic inspection, which requires access to the inside of the home.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, the same payment platform used by millions of businesses. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our website — and you'll receive an emailed receipt immediately after purchase.
