This person will schedule roofing projects with our customers, issue updates and changes to the clients, solve in-project issues and communicate to the rest of our company. This person will be meeting with clients who call our company looking for a new roof. Other duties include upselling various option we have to help the clients, and checking in with past clients to ensure satisfaction.
