    • 34-point roof inspection
      A comprehensive check of your roof’s structure, materials, and sealing.

    • Detailed inspection report
      You’ll receive a written report with photos outlining any findings.

    • Debris removal
      Clearing leaves, branches, and buildup that can block drainage and cause wear.

    • Minor repairs (as needed)
      Includes things like reattaching loose shingles, resetting slipped tiles, sealing coping joints, and repairing small tile damage.

    • Credit toward future work
      The cost of your maintenance visit can be applied toward future repairs or replacement.

    • Guidance on next steps
      If we spot anything worth addressing, we’ll explain your options—no pressure.

    • Roof lifespan support

  • The main difference comes down to how much protection and ongoing service you want. All packages include the core maintenance services your roof needs, with higher tiers adding more in-depth care and long-term support.

    • Essentials
      Covers all the basics your home needs—nothing extra, nothing missing. It includes the full RoofGuard maintenance service with inspection, debris removal, minor repairs, and reporting. Designed to be simple and cost-effective.

    • Performance
      Builds on Essentials with additional services that improve long-term roof performance and catch issues beyond the surface. This includes things like attic inspection, gutter cleaning, and added protection for exposed sealants. It also includes multiple scheduled maintenance visits over time.

    • Elite
      The most comprehensive option, focused on maximizing lifespan and minimizing risk. It includes everything in Performance, plus deeper inspections, priority scheduling, and additional services like gutter seam resealing and termite inspection. It also includes an extended maintenance plan with more scheduled visits.

  • Once you sign up for a RoofGuard package, our team will reach out within one business day to schedule your service. In most cases, appointments are set within about a week.

    On the scheduled day, our crew will perform your maintenance service along with a full inspection. We’ll take photos and document the condition of your roof as we go.

    After the visit, you’ll receive a detailed report with images and any findings, so you have a clear understanding of your roof’s condition.

    You don’t need to be home during the visit, and we won’t send a sales rep—just a trained roofing professional there to complete the work.

  • No, you don’t need to be home for your RoofGuard service. As long as we have access to the roof (for example, gates are unlocked), our team can complete the visit.

    The only exception is if you’ve added an attic inspection, which requires access to the inside of the home.

  • We aim to make the process as simple and low-impact as possible. In most cases, our team can complete the service without interrupting your day.

    If we need anything—like access through a gate—or run into something unexpected, we’ll give you a quick call.
